SHIPPING DAMAGE
Please open and inspect all items upon receipt. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of arrival at your address for a shipping claim to be filed.
RETURN POLICY
Return must be made within 30 days of order
Only UNOPENED new products may be returned
All returned items must be in the original condition w/ packaging, literature, warranty, and registration intact. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice stating the reason for return
Must include return authorization number

Include your RA# on the shipping label only.
Packages without an RA# will be refused by our warehouse.
Do not write on the box or deface the product packaging.
CHILD SAFETY GATES must be packaged in the original carton with all the original packing material. Loose items put in with the gate will cause damage to the finish and make the gate non-returnable.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Shipping fees will not be refunded. For your protection, you may wish to insure the package when you mail or ship it back to us. D n J Marketing Inc is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any returned merchandise.
Any items being returned that are over 30 days from the date received are subject to a store credit refund upon approval. All items being returned within 30 days, must have a Return Authorization number on the label.
